The thirtieth day of Operation Protective Edge has concluded.
The Tower today covered the discovery by the IDF of a Hamas combat training manual that showed how the terrorist organization uses the IDF’s care in avoiding civilian casualties to its advantage.

Two foreign television stations – France 24 and India’s NDTV – recently filmed Hamas terrorists operating near news crews in the middle of residential neighborhoods. The Indian news crew waited until after it had left Gaza to submit its report.
Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei boasted of the military aid his country has given to Hamas. Also last month Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani claimed that Iran had given Gaza’s militant groups “arms manufacture know-how.” The boasts back up analyses that Iran has been essential in building up Hamas’ arsenal.

New York Times photographer Tyler Hicks, in an interview yesterday confirmed Israeli charges that Hamas fighters hide among civilians, using them as human shields.
